THE UNIVERSITY OF THE THIRD AGE
Walks of 6–8 miles in the Yorkshire countryside, on the second Thursday of every month, with particular reference to the seasons.
Waterproofs, walking boots and packed lunch essential. Members make their own way to the starting point for the 10:30 am departure.

We are looking forward to our first walk of the new calendar year from Castle Howard, led by Kathy who sends the following information:
Please meet in courtyard outside toilets and cafe by 10.30 so that I can advise cafe of numbers for tea. Walk is about 7 1/2 miles with 3 stiles near the beginning of walk which is mostly on hard surfaces.
